Peter Brandt, a long-time economist and commodity trader, made some noteworthy assessments regarding Bitcoin's current bull market cycle. Brandt stated that he sees a 30% probability that Bitcoin has reached its peak in this cycle, saying, “The next stop could be the $60,000-$70,000 range until November 2026. Then, I expect a new bull move up to $500,000.” Referring to past cycles, Brandt stated that the 2015-2017 and 2018-2021 bull markets lasted 75 weeks, and that the 2022-2025 cycle could also last 75 weeks (+/- 2 weeks). Based on this calculation, he predicted the peak could occur between September 15 and 28, 2025. Brandt said that if the cycle repeats, the peak price range could be in the $125,000-$145,000 range. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading around $117,000. The world's largest cryptocurrency has fallen 1.2% in the last 24 hours. For it to break new records, the price would need to rise 5.95% from this level. *This is not investment advice.
