Cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced that it will be making changes to the monitoring and seed labels of some assets on the platform. Binance Announces Tracking Tag Updates: WAN Added to List, GPS and MBL Removed According to the exchange's official announcement, WAN (Wanchain) will be included in the tracking tag, while GPS (GPS Ecosystem) and MBL (MovieBloc) will be removed from this tag. Additionally, the seed tag will be removed from BERA, BIO, ZK, and ZRO tokens. Binance uses the watch tag on certain tokens for reasons such as high volatility, low liquidity, or project risks. This tag reminds investors that the underlying assets carry higher-than-normal risk. The market values of the tokens included in the update are as follows: WAN: $20 million MBL: $36 million GPS: $44 million BERA: $352 million BIO: $246 million ZRO: $620 million Binance stated that these changes were made to provide investors with more transparent information and maintain market quality. It stated that the performance of the projects whose watch tags were removed met the exchange's requirements for security and community criteria. The exchange recommends users to carefully examine the listed projects before investing. *This is not investment advice.
