Pump.fun livestreams are surging in popularity again, as clips go mega-viral and established content creators move to the platform. While many of the top creators are now offering professional stream setups, the platform still hosts a chaotic underbelly that’s hard to ignore. This isn’t the first time livestreams have been in the spotlight on Pump.fun. But this time, the devs are making lots of money thanks to Pump.fun’s new fee model. Former League of Legends esports player Michael “BunnyFuFuu” Kurylo, for example, has earned $243,600 in creator rewards since launching his BunCoin three days ago. As such, there is a growing crowd of believers in what is called “creator capital markets,” referring to those streaming on crypto platforms. Pump.fun has a history of wild, crazy, and downright despicable livestreams as degens feverishly attempt to pump their token—sometimes going way too far. Fortunately, this time around, no one is setting themselves on fire. But there’s still plenty of weird streams. I’m a lamp Two dudes have pretended to literally be lamps for the past eight hours by wearing lamp shades on their heads. The pair have stood on their bedside tables, sat on them, and, at the time of writing, are currently sleeping with lampshades on their heads. It's really as simple as that, and still their token pumped to a peak market cap of $262,000. It has since retraced 36% to $157,000, according to DEX Screener. Throughout this period, the duo has earned themselves $4,710 in creator rewards—not bad for an eight-hour shift. LMAO just being $LAMPS...... they've consistently had 200-400 viewers since I've been watching them lol https://t.co/PSZYM0nkkB 40-50k MC Degen gamble pic.twitter.com/Q1QOpze7b1 — Spadez.sol {369} (@RealAceSpadez) September 16, 2025 Talent show The Basedd House squad has become the gold standard for Pump.fun livestreams, as well as a hub to find bizarre clips. Currently, content house leader SolJakey has been hosting a talent show to determine the next cohort of influencers to join Basedd—and, well, it's gotten a little weird. Currently on the third round of auditions, tons of weird entrants have appeared. One guy rode a bull, another shaved his hair with autotune on, a third surfed on a piece of wood being towed by a truck, a fight broke out, and a final contestant did jumping jacks while his mankini held on for dear life. According to its Pump.fun page, the gag was inspired by the “world record egg,” which mustered 60 million likes on Instagram—the most of any post on the site, at the time. At the time of writing, the Pump.fun egg is currently spinning for 10 viewers. There is currently no official record for the most-watched egg, although the Instagram egg presumably peaked at more than 10 viewers. Still, the EGG token touched a $1.6 million market cap on Saturday, per DEX Screener, although it has since dropped 80% to $308,600. Over its four-day lifespan, the token deployer has earned $72,760 in creator rewards. $EGG wif cowboy hat? pic.twitter.com/sTQ0WCIs72 — The Most Watched Egg (@mostwatchedegg) September 15, 2025 Dare Coin A man has shaved half of his hair, painted his face as a clown—mimicking a controversial crypto influencer who goes by Mitch—and has been acting like a deranged Joker-esque character in public. In one clip, the Dare Coin dev pulls up to two people outside of a McDonald's and scares them by saying, “Hey! How do you like me now?” He also walked into a shop wearing an adult diaper, covered himself in peanut butter, and poured an iced coffee over his own head—all while in character as the mad clown. Dare Coin peaked at a $1.7 million market cap on Sunday, but has since fallen 93% to $117,500. The dev has earned $50,300 from creator rewards throughout this time, per Pump.fun. A dev says he will run on a treadmill every day until his token hits a $100 million market capitalization. His RUNNER token currently sits at a $3 million market cap, after peaking at $5.4 million on Tuesday. Throughout his first day of streaming, you can see him slowly get more drenched in sweat as the miles of running, jogging, and walking start to get to him. He’s currently catching some sleep after earning $108,410 in creator rewards in just one day. This is a diabolical cook within the streamer meta. CCM at it's finest. Dude spent the last $20 he had on SOL to create $RUNNER and he started a movement. Something different that hits hard. Ten toes down in this. However, this time around, the devs doing crazy stunts and creating viral clips are earning some serious cash without having to sell their own token.
