DRPU is a DCorp (an autonomous, decentralized and democratic organization) utility token that will allow investors that are currently considered out of compliance to gain compliance in their respective jurisdictions. Moreover, the exchanges will be allowed to safely list a version of DRP that is in compliance with the jurisdiction that they adhere to. The DRP token will be exchanged for DRP Utility at a 1:2 ratio.
