Globalvillage Foundation (GVE foundation) is an organ to be incorporated in Singapore and governed in a not-for-profit manner. With the aim of research and development of blockchain technologies which could provide natural solutions to common problems in the global rural social ecosystem. Support from the foundation will finance the development, technical support, system maintenance and operation support etc. GV Eco uses the block-chain technology as the underlying technical support, combined with the "smart contract" to solve many problems caused by media centering and lack of trust in the real application scenarios, enabling data values to be quantified and anonymously data-sharing incentives for users, which provide more efficient consumption programs for purchasing parties and establish a functioning mechanism that will enable the sound development of rural ecology.
