xx network (XX)

The XX Network is a quantum-resistant, privacy-focused blockchain ecosystem. Its token, XX, is used for voting, value exchange, and incentivizing server operation. It also provides access to a private decentralized communication network. The network was founded by David Chaum, CEO of Elixxir.
