Decentralized indexing protocol The Graph is integrating Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) to bridge its GRT tokens across three major chains in an effort to increase accessibility and expand its presence across multiple chains. According to an official announcement, The Graph plans to allow the transfer of its native GRT token across blockchains, including Solana, Arbitrum, and Base, using Chainlink’s CCIP to streamline the movement between networks. The move is aimed at making it easier for blockchains to work together and giving developers more options for building applications across different networks. Chainlink’s cross-chain interoperability protocol allows different blockchains to interact and transfer tokens securely without relying on centralized bridges or creating custom code for each connection. The inclusion of Solana in the initiative marks a broader move by The Graph to support a diverse blockchain landscape. By expanding the availability of GRT to Solana, the protocol aims to deepen engagement with developers and the network's user base, reflecting the growing interest in cross-ecosystem collaboration.
