Zypher Network, a provider of decentralized infrastructure for AI systems, has secured $7 million in funding. The round was co-led by UOB Venture and Signum Capital, with support from HashKey Capital, Hong Leong Group, Cogitent Ventures, Catcher VC, Hydrogenesis Labs, DWF Venture, and others. The funds will support further development of Zypher’s zero-knowledge (ZK) protocol stack and infrastructure for AI agent rollups. Zypher’s goal is to provide tools that allow public verification of AI agent behavior without exposing private data. This is becoming increasingly important as autonomous AI agents are adopted more widely in industries such as customer support, finance, and robotics. Zypher’s core product is “Proof of Prompt,” a protocol similar to zkTLS that verifies AI prompts without revealing sensitive input or output. It is delivered via a REST API and is designed to support AI use in legal operations, financial services, and other automated systems. The infrastructure is supported by Zytron, Zypher’s Layer-2 rollup on the BNB Chain, that also supports “Proof Mining,” enabling distributed ZK computation. Zypher’s tools are already integrated with other blockchain and AI projects, including Eliza OS, io.Net, Risc Zero, and Eigen Layer. A new campaign to support decentralized agent verification is expected soon. Image: Freepik
